We have been at TownPark Crossing 2 years, coming up on our 3rd, and I just have to say how amazing the maintenance is here. Anytime we have any problems, they are always here to help, and they are prompt with arrival and service. Kudos to our maintenance for being so helpful. The Office staff here have always been amazing as well! The accessibility to shops, stores, restaurants, bus routes at TownPark is very nice as well. We even have a little one that we can take on little strolls around the neighborhood.
Great place to live! Leasing office keeps residents engaged in various activities throughout the year. They are also making provisions to the common area to be more appealing to residents as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. It is a fairly quiet environment.
An exceptional apartment community in Cobb County, and a top-notch staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jasmine Freeman, the Assistant Property Director, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly, addressing all my inquiries about the property. The property was very clean, Maintenance had all the bases covered. I wholeheartedly recommend this complex.
I absolutely love living here! Moving from student housing to my first adult apartment was stressful but Mrs.Herring made it extremely easy for me and my roommate. In the past 5 months i’ve lived here I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, the apartment or anything. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with great amenities and more!
I’ve been living in this apartment complex since June and id just like to say that the office and maintenance are amazing. It was my first time moving out and they made the move in process smooth and easy. Maintenance comes faster then Amazon prime shipping. They have a really good system going on.
Been here a year and it’s been great so far. It’s quiet and cozy. Maintance is fast and efficient. The pool area is my favorite place to be in the summer time with the new lounge chairs, etc. most positive apartment experience on my 6 years of renting.
